All public officers in said county shall refer all domestic complaints made to them to said director of the department of domestic conciliation who shall dispose of all matters before it in proper manner.

Equipment.

The board of supervisors of said county shall furnish said courts and said department of family conciliation, the judges, officers and employees thereof with suitable accommodations, adequately centralized and consolidated, and with the necessary furniture and supplies and make provision for its necessary expenses and operation.

Civil service.

The board of supervisors and county civil service commission shall make suitable reclassifications in positions in said county to accomplish the purpose of subs. (3) to (5) .
