Penalties.

456.09(1)

(1)

 

No person may:

456.09(1)(a)

(a)

Sell or fraudulently obtain or furnish any license or aid or abet therein; or

456.09(1)(b)

(b)

Practice as a nursing home administrator, under cover of any license or registration illegally or fraudulently obtained or unlawfully issued; or

456.09(1)(c)

(c)

Practice as a nursing home administrator or use in connection with his or her name any designation tending to imply that the person is a nursing home administrator unless duly licensed and registered to so practice under this chapter; or

456.09(1)(d)

(d)

Practice as a nursing home administrator during the time his or her license or registration issued under this chapter is suspended or revoked; or

456.09(1)(e)

(e)

Otherwise violate this chapter.
